Elastic Instabilities

Elastic Instabilities Approach

With the elastic finite element method it is not possible to predict structural damages in blades. Therefore, Bladena has developed a method on how to post-process and provide information regarding structural damages impact on blades in operation. In other words, elastic instabilities is a method that indicates what a certain structural damage does to a blade in operation.
