Anders Søe-Jensen's role in the company is among others to help get Bladenas unique technologies implemented widely in the industry. On 8 November 2016, Bladena attended the On-Shore Service and Maintenance Conference in Aalborg. The conference focused on highly relevant topics within wind turbine service and maintenance including Blades, Controls & Power Upgrades, Drive Train & Service, Hydraulics & Cooling etc. In value chain terms, the conference focused on the period from the expiration of the manufacturer warranty to the decommissioning of the wind turbine.
With expertise in blades Bladena shared its knowledge on blade failures and how to prevent them. As speaker at the conference Ryan Lauridsen, CEO at Bladena, elaborated on D-String® and D-Stiffener™ - products designed to prevent cracks on blades and reduce cost on operation and maintenance. In addition, Bladena also took part in the exhibition and networking having an exhibit from where the Bladena technologies were showcased and explained. The Participants included owners, manufacturers, service companies and sub suppliers covering more or less the full value chain on the wind turbine market in Denmark.
