Exclusive webinar hosted by Bladena on the 5th of December

10/24/2023

We are pleased to announce that we are organizing an exclusive webinar in December dedicated to discussing damages affecting large wind turbine blades. If you are involved in the wind energy sector and eager to solve complex structural issues then join us on the webinar to hear more about our experiences, knowledge, and findings regarding the topic.

During this webinar, we will address the challenges occurring in the transition zone of large wind turbine blades. Additionally, we will discuss the significance of trailing edge design, comparing flatback and non-flatback designs and their impact. Potential solutions to these frequently encountered issues will also be touched upon.

Bladena`s CEO, Find Mølholt Jensen, PhD, with an extensive blade structural background and experience will provide a comprehensive technical overview and engage in discussions during the following Q&A session.

Highlights of the webinar:
- State-of-the-art structural insights, regarding re-occurring damages in the transition zone of large blades.
- Discussion regarding the impact of flatback and non-flatback design on the failure mode in question.
- Potential solutions.
- Q&A session.

The event will follow an online webinar format, and participation is free of charge.
